Yuto Totsuka

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

At first glance he seems innocent and harmless, but as soon as he enters the halfpipe, he displays a cool, powerful presence and performs extreme jumps that can rival even experienced professionals.

Strongly influenced by his parents, he started snowboarding at the age of three. Even before he could consciously remember it, he was practicing halfpipe techniques – and by the third grade, he was firmly established in the sport.

In the 2020/21 season, he perfected his routine and air time and dominated the scene: He won all the competitions he participated in – including the prestigious X Games.

With his explosive riding style and ability to push himself beyond his limits, he is considered one of the most promising halfpipe riders of his generation.
